With over 30 years of experience serving clients across the Middle East alone, Alister leads Executive Access MENA with a strong focus on growth and strategic transformation. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at leading executive search across technology, fintech, and cybersecurity in the MENA region. Alister also founded successful advisory and executive search firms, bringing extensive expertise in leadership consulting, digital transformation, and talent strategy.

Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Kirti is the Director for Executive Access MENA, bringing over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human capital leadership, including more than 11 years serving clients across the Middle East. Before joining EA MENA, she spent 15 years with Egon Zehnder in the UAE, where she led senior executive search mandates across financial services, aviation, hospitality, real estate, and services. Kirti has advised C-suite leaders across MENA, India, Africa, and Turkey, with deep expertise in leadership hiring, talent strategy, and building future-ready teams.
